Mickael Bouly has been orchestrating complex systems for fourteen years — first distributed human teams across five countries, now autonomous agent fleets running on open-source infrastructure. The discipline is the same: decompose intent, coordinate execution, ship. Agents added a new material; they did not change the craft.
Every hard problem in agent systems — task decomposition, error recovery, coordination — is one I’ve already solved in the human equivalent, at production scale. The move from teams to agents isn’t a pivot. It’s a deepening.

I publish the craft
I publish that craft as Roxabi — a compounding stack of AGPL-3.0 primitives any builder can fork and run today. For the right employer or founding team, I bring the same method inside: a senior product leader who also writes the architecture spec and ships the agent infrastructure, without a handoff chain.
The lineage
Person, work, practice
The model is older than software: a person who builds the tools, runs them in production, and shows the method — so others can fork it and go further. The work speaks; the craft compounds.
